NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As CİHANGİR DİJİTAL BASKI, we process personal data obtained during the use of our website (the “Portal”) and/or received from third parties, within the framework of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), in accordance with the principles below. To request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

5. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken for data security.
